Hadley Grace Anderson, 22, of Mooresville and formerly of Dartmouth, MA and Fitzwilliam, NH, passed away on August 20th, 2023. She was born November 15, 2000, in Wareham, MA daughter of Victoria (Pope) McIlrath and James Anderson. Hadley was an incredibly passionate, adventurous, radiant and beautiful young woman who delighted in bringing joy and laughter to all she met. She had a "wicked" sense of humor and effortless charm. She was incredibly talented and had an almost encyclopedic knowledge of both the auto industry and healthcare. She spent many years assisting her mother working with children and adults through therapeutic horseback riding. She had a deep empathy for and gift with those challenged by physical, developmental and emotional conditions and worked hard to help them overcome roadblocks. She never judged, treated everyone as equal and always honored each person's unique spirit. Hadley helped to change many lives in a profound way but was always incredibly humble about her contributions. She was also blessed with an incredible singing voice and had a deep love for animals. Hadley and Jesse had an almost storybook love story and were planning a beautiful future together. While that future was cut short in the most tragic of circumstances, there is comfort in knowing that our "Romeo and Juliet" will spend eternity in peace, never to be parted. She is joined in death by her beloved soulmate and fiancé, Jesse Regrut. Hadley is survived by her mother, Victoria McIlrath and stepfather, Mark McIlrath; her father, James Anderson; stepbrother and best friend, Cameron McIlrath; grandparents, Michael and Pauline Pope; uncle, Alex Pope and cousins, Logan and Nolan along with many extended family members in the US, England and Australia. She is also survived by Jesse's wonderful family who share our grief for both of these beautiful souls. We give our deepest thanks to her vast community of coworkers, friends, chosen family, and fellow members of the car community who offered her endless support and love. We have been truly overwhelmed by their love, kindness, offers of help and constant prayers. They have honored both Hadley and Jesse in many beautiful ways and continue to do so. Knowing that their memories continue to bless this community helps to bring us peace during this tragic loss. We will never forget the compassion and generosity they have offered, the memories they have shared and the love they have so freely given. Our eternal gratitude goes out to each of you, known to us or not, who have given so much to our beloved daughter. Thank you.
