Our beloved, handsome yet ever so talented TJ Connor went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 1, 2025, at the early age of 26. TJ who had the most Unique, Yet Country "Voice" of anyone never missed the opportunity to call someone a "Buddy" or "His Buddy". TJ's Huge Smile, Unique Voice, warm and humbling demeanor & pleasant spirit has forever marked many hearts. With the Biggest Smile and dimples that often lit up Any Room he entered. You would often catch him striking up a conversation with anyone. He was a man of few words yet of Great Faith. TJ was also a man of many unique talents. Anything from running a piece of heavy equipment, working on his diesel truck, older cars and or trucks with his Papa. Whenever he wasn't working you could find him in a creek somewhere fishing, in a field hunting something, riding his dirt bike, 4-wheeler or even his motorcycle. He loved to be outside in nature and never minded helping anyone. TJ leaves behind his beloved mother who not only was his Mother but his Best Friend Sue Barber, Stepdad Percy Barber, Papa Mike Fox, Maw Maw Donna Fox (He was her brown bear). Several stepbrothers, stepsisters, aunts, uncles, friends and hunting buddies and his beloved Dog Goose. As well as several years' worth of generational family members who just loved to be in TJ Presence. TJ Biological father was Timmy Connor Sr. TJ family members are planning to have the "Biggest Fireworks Blow Out" at his family home in Troutman on July 5, 2025, around 9:30 PM. TJ LOVED fireworks, and he loved sitting with his mom and watching them. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude in this very difficult time to so many who have reached out to them. In memory of TJ Connor, the family would like to Welcome you to the Celebration of his Life on August 9, 2025, at 1019 Ostwalt Amity Rd., Statesville, NC 28677. Services will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Memories of TJ will be shared at 5:00 PM. Please join us as we honor the memories and cherish the moments we shared together. Camo and casual dress is encouraged as this will be an outdoor event. TJ may be gone but he will Never Ever be Forgotten. The family takes great pride knowing his soul is at peace, resting peacefully in Heaven.
