James Joseph Finnorn

January 29, 1982 - March 9, 2021

James Joseph Finnorn "Jimi", 39, of Moorsville NC and formerly of Huntsville and Mobile AL, passed away on March 9th, 2021 at home and in his sleep. He was born January 29th, 1982 in Monroe, LA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Tinsey Druhan, June and John Finnorn Sr, uncles Jimmy and Tater Druhan, John Finnorn, Jr., Don Ortego, and his great aunt Kit Geil. An outgoing and happy person by nature, James was a huge New Orleans Saints fan. (Who dat?) He loved and adored his family. He was an avid fisherman who loved to travel to his family's home on Dauphin Island, AL. He loved to play one of his many guitars, and was an accomplished artist. James is survived by his grandfather James R. Druhan Jr., his mother Brew Druhan Hellman (Mark), father Dick Finnorn (Shirley), his beloved daughter Alexandra Grace Finnorn (mother Holli Broyhill Hartman), and beloved son James Maddox Finnorn (mother Madison Elizabeth Parks.) His sisters and brothers, Kristin Jenae Myers (Jason), Sarah Megan Goodman (Adam), Emily Lauren Coleman, Matthew and Madison Hellman, and Steven Landry. And, his many aunts, uncles, and cousins that he loved dearly. A public church ceremony will be held on June 5th on Dauphin Island, AL.
