Sylvia Elaine Robinson

February 14, 1938 - October 13, 2011

Sylvia Elaine Robinson, 73, of Charlotte, passed away Thursday evening, October 13, 2011 at the Levine-Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.
She was born February 14, 1938 in Mooresville, to the late JP and Mary Magdalene Shumake Robinson. She retired from General Electric Company having over 33 years of service.
She is survived by her sisters, Lynda Robinson and Tamela “Tammy” Robinson; her aunt, Gisele Shumake; and her cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 16 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom McCrea officiating. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Levine-Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville for their excellent care, compassion, and support.
