Phyllis Evonne Turner

Phyllis Evonne Turner, 71, of Blowing Rock, formerly of Mooresville, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in Blowing Rock.
She was born on June 22, 1940 in Mooresville, to the late Jesse Martin and Helen Coone Turner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Harvey Turner and Bobby Turner.
She is survived by her sister, Shirley Walser and husband, Gene of Raleigh; brother, Larry Turner of Houston, TX; and sister-in-law, Alma Turner of Mooresville.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 18 at Glenwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:30 PM at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
