Patsy Ruth Owens, 78, of South Sycamore, Mooresville, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012, at Gordon Hospice House, Statesville. Born May 31, 1933, in Iredell County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Eva Whitley Owens. Miss Owens was a retired seamstress from Draymore Mfg. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by sisters, Geneva Swink, Shirley Mayhew and Patricia Ingle, all of MooresvilleThere will be no services held at this time.
