Mary Ripski Markofski

Mary Ripski Markofski, 96, of Mooresville, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Genesis Eldercare.
She was born on July 4, 1915 in Plymouth, PA, to the late Michael and Gertrude Daughtery Ripski.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Markofski; and sister, Gert Balliet.
She is survived by her son, Donald Markofski and wife, Suzanne of Mooresville; brother, Michael Ripski of Plymouth, PA; grandchildren, Donald Jr. and wife, Sharon of Mooresville, Stephanie and husband, Ty of Wesley Chapel, Steven and Beth of Irvine, CA; and seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at St. Francis Cemetery in Nanticoke, PA at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Choir, 150 S. Church Street, Mooresville, NC 28115.
