Lillian Kaminski Bosman Mallen

November 8, 1926 - February 2, 2012

Lillian Kaminski Bosman Mallen, 85, of Mooresville, NC, formally from Ithaca, NY passed away February 2, 2012.
Lillian was born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of Frank and Lillian Kaminski, was a graduate of Bay Ridge High School. Lillian worked in Banking and later in life found great fulfillment from volunteering in many community based organizations. In New York, at one time Lillian was a President of the Nassau County Confederation of Republican Women; giving speeches for and working with Senator Al D’Amato and Congressman Jack Kemp, the Honorable Judge Leo McGinnity and New York State Supreme Court Justice Sol Wachler. In Mooresville, during retirement she continued her volunteering work at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, where she proudly wore her 10 year pin.
Lillian was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Lillian Kaminski; two husbands, George E. Bosman and William L. Mallen; and her daughter, Susan B. Forster.
She is survived by her sister, Doris Ann Lahiff; her son, Richard (Elizabeth) G. Bosman; her grandchildren, Richelle E. Bosman, Richard (Maricela) S. Bosman, Lisa A. Harris, and Dawn (Joseph) M. Crowder; her beloved niece, Sharon Clemente and nephew, Jeffrey Clemente, plus 7 great grandchildren, Mia and Joshua Bosman, Allison and Kelsey Harris and Shawn, Matthew and Conner Crowder.
She will be missed by all, she had a special love for her whole family and we are grateful to her for it.
Services will be private.
