Lelia Haithcock Isenhour

Lelia Haithcock Isenhour left to be with her Lord on November 28, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Janie Haithcock, sisters, Mary, Janie, Thelma and Ruth, and her dear son, Mark.
She is survived by sister, Gladys Spears; brothers, Jay Haithcock (Pauline) and Buddy Haithcock (Sharon). Lelia was loving wife to husband, Glenn, for over 62 years, devoted mother to Glenda Isenhour, Brierfield, AL, Stephen Isenhour, Advance, NC, and Gary Isenhour, Kernersville, NC. Her daughters-in-law Peggy, Penny and Donna were her special gifts and grandchildren and great grandchildren, Tyler and Josh, Carrie (Maddie and Sophie), Zachary and Dusty (Hunter), and Lauren and Lindsey, were her heart’s treasures.
Lelia was a long time member of Berea Baptist Church and member of the Connie Price Sunday School Class. Over the years, Lelia was both member and leader in the Mooresville Christian Women’s Club. She demonstrated strength and grace beyond measure in her life and in her death.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 2 at Berea Baptist Church. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Amedisys Hospice Care in Homewood, AL, Christian Women’s Club or Berea Baptist Church in Mooresville.
