Jennifer Candace Davidson

August 14, 1986 - December 3, 2011

Jennifer Candace Davidson, 25, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, December 3, 2011. She was born in Iredell County to her parents, Jeff Davidson of Mooresville and Jade Benfield of Statesville.
“But as for me, my contentment is not in wealth but in seeing you and knowing all is well between us. And when I awake in heaven, I will be fully satisfied for I will see you face to face.” Psalms 17 verse 15.
Left to cherish her memory is her “bubby” Justin, whom she adored and loved so much; his children, Jaylynn and Jaxon; mom, Nancy Davidson and her daughter, Jessica Buchanan; dad, Steve Sutherland and his daughter, Bridget Sykes; uncle, “Stubby” Rich Benfield (Marie); cousin, Morgan, whom she loved to shop with; aunt, Joyce Ervin (John); cousins, Daniel and Drew; aunt, Julie Tripp (Bobby); cousin, Taj Wright; aunt, Donna Lane (Tommy); aunt, Jackie Justice; uncle, Danny Moore and his children, Daniel and Alyssa; grandparents, Jack and Barbara Moore; Lyn Hay, Jean Benfield; and a host of family and friends.
Also to cherish her memory is the love of her life, fiancée, Shannon Leazer and his son, Kayden, whom she loved as her own little boy. Jen had planned a sunset wedding at the beach next year.
Greeting her in heaven with open arms are Pawpaw, Frank Davidson, Mawmaw, Maggie Hay, Mawmaw Millie and Pawpaw, John Benfield.
A Celebration of Jen’s life will be held on Saturday, December 10 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00-3:00 PM.
