Helen Bradshaw

Helen Bradshaw, 84, of Mooresville, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011, at Genesis Eldercare, Mooresville. Born November 20, 1927, in Rowan County, she was a daughter of the late Charles Lester and Mary Lowrance Bradshaw. She was educated in Rowan County schools. Miss Bradshaw was retired from Social Security administration. She was a lifetime member of Prospect Presbyterian Church, Mooresville. Miss Bradshaw was preceded in death by brothers, Butch, Charlie, David and Harry Bradshaw, and sisters, Martha Bost and Nell Clinard. She is survived by sister, Sarah Slough, of Landis; sisters-in-law, Margie Swiggett, Rachael Bradshaw and Margaret Bradshaw, all of Mooresville; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at Prospect Presbyterian Church, Mooresville, with Rev. Joanne Hull officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2347 Simonton Rd., Statesville, NC 28625.
