Emily Owens Dulin

Emily Owens Dulin, 85, of York, SC, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at White Oak Manor in York.
She was born on February 18, 1926 in Mecklenburg County, to the late John Thomas Owens and Bessie Elouise Owens. She was a former member of Westside Baptist Church in Charlotte.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Dulin.
She is survived by her children, Tony Dulin and wife, Anne of Huntersville, Kevin Dulin and wife, Kimberly of Charlotte, Becky Dulin of Stanley; brother, Wilson T. Owens of Charlotte; grandchildren, Rodney and Drew Dulin; step-mother, Faye Owens of York; half-sisters, Susan Ashe of Greensboro, Rose Lamb of Sharon, SC; half-brother, Teddy Owens of Sharon, SC.
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 6 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Mint Hill with Rev. William Gerhardt officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:30-8:30 PM at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
