Dorothy Settlemyre Mann

Dorothy Settlemyre Mann, 77, of Mooresville, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
She was born on September 1, 1934 in Hickory, to the late Roy Robert and Lucille Miller Settlemyre. She was retired from Burlington Industries and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Mooresville.
She was survived by her husband of 50 years, Benny S. Mann; sisters, Juanita H. Sigmon and husband, Dwight of Newton, and Sylvia Kanipe of Hickory.
Body will lie in state from 1:00-2:00 PM in the church sanctuary. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM in the fellowship hall. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 17 at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Hal D. Greene, Dr. D. Steven Gouge, and Rev. Mark Ball officiating. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, 525 S. Broad Street, Mooresville, NC 28115.
