Dorothy Louisa Bangert

Dorothy Louisa Bangert, 76, of Reed Creek Road, Mooresville passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Genesis Eldercare. She was born August 15, 1935 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles Seward and the late Dorothy Walls Seward. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church in Mechanicsville, VA. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Bangert, Jr. in 1988. She is survived by her children, Richard J. and Maria Bangert III, Cindy and Al Walls, Charles and Lashelle Bangert, William E. and Jackie Bangert, Michael and Deborah Bangert, sisters Joan Toombs, Jenny Schmidt, Margaret Herndon and 11 Grandchildren (Casey Bangert, Rick Bangert, Chris Bangert, Jack Walls, Mark Walls, Danielle Duffer, Stosh Bangert, Chasity Bangert, Joshua Bangert, Kevin Bangert and Whitney Bangert) and 14 Great-Grandchildren. There will be a graveside service at Greenwood Memorial Gardens on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 2:00pm. Condolences may be made to the Bangert family at www.cavin-cook.com.
