Constantino "Tony" Mileto

Constantino “Tony” Mileto, 87, of Mooresville, passed away at his residence on Thursday, December 29, 2011. Born February 27, 1924, in Manhattan, NY, he was a son of the late Jimmy and Louise Mileto. Mr. Mileto was a retired union worker and member of St. Therese Catholic Church. He was a very well liked man and will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by wife, Carol; and six brothers and sisters. Mr. Mileto is survived by his daughter, Antoinette Loftiss and husband, Glenn, of Mooresville; grandchildren, Glenn Anthony Loftiss, Nicholas Daniel Loftiss, and Branden Lee Loftiss; a brother and sister-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at St. Therese Catholic Church, Mooresville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 222 S. Church St., Suite 303, Charlotte, NC 28202 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, is serving the family of Mr. Mileto.
