Chauntelle Leann Choate

Chauntelle Leann Choate, 29, of Mooresville, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
She was born on January 28, 1981 in Statesville, to Thomas Glenn and Emma Jean Neeley Choate of Mooresville.
She was preceded in death by grandmothers, Phyllis Jaffe and Ollie Neeley; grandfather, William Neeley; and uncle, Steven Neeley.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Cody Lee and Chance Landan Choate; brother, Jason Thomas Choate of Wilkesboro; sister, Stacy Nelson and husband, Robbey of Mooresville; three nieces and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 27 at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Abee officiating. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
