Charlene Christa Adelmann Franaszek

Charlene Christa Adelmann Franaszek, 43, of Mooresville, NC, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2011, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, NC. Born June 10, 1968, in Buffalo, NY, she was a daughter of Charles Adelmann and wife, Grace, of Orchard Park, NY, and the late Virginia Vullo Adelmann. Mrs. Franaszek was a Speech Pathologist at Brian Center and Carolina International School. She was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, Mooresville, and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Charlotte, having taught Sunday school at both. In addition to her father, Mrs. Franaszek is survived by her husband of 19 years, Thomas Franaszek; children, Nicole and Amanda Franaszek, both of the home; father and mother-in-law, Ted and Elaine Franaszek, of North Tonawanda, NY; brother, Mark Adelmann and wife, Sandy, of West Seneca, NY, and sisters, Barbara Wood and husband, Tim, Sandy Louis and husband, Brian, both of West Seneca, NY, and Linda Noeller and husband, Peter, of Orchard Park, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, September 8, 2011, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends from 6:30 – 8:30 PM, Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, NC.
