Ann Williams Burns Smith

August 28, 1925 - January 15, 2012

Ann Williams Burns Smith, 86, of Troutman, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2012, at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem. She was born August 28, 1925, in Greenville, S.C.to the late Wilton and Mae Looper Williams. Ann worked as an Executive Assistant for Templon Spinning Mills for 30 years.
Ann was preceded in death by spouses, Jack Burns and Aaron Smith and a great-granddaughter, Laurel Collins.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her children, Jackie Carr and husband, Randy of Troutman, Rick Smith, Steve Smith and Debbie Lavvorn; sister, Agnes Woodson of Greenville, SC; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
